Description

Printing
The cylinder head is very detailed and could cause problems on some printers.
In that case please use the “simplified” version of the cylinder head.

The Cylinder Head is printed with support.
Beware of seams on axles and bearings.
Avoid elephant feet.
I printed with PLA, layer height 0.16 mm.
Dimensions 137 x 137 x 92 mm.
Weight 0.23 kg.

Assembly
A small amount of oil or grease will make your model run smoothly.

- Build the crankshaft. Use glue as shown in the screenprint.
The crankshaft cheeks have 1-8 recesses. Assemble in order of number of recesses.
As a reference use “Do not print - Crankshaft Exploded.stl” and corresponding screenprint.
- Slide the crankshaft in the opening of the crankcase, piston rods pointing upwards.
- Mount the 8 pistons to the 8 piston rods using the piston pins.
- Click the pistons in the cylinders.
- Place the crankcase lid on the open side of the crankcase.
- Click the stand to the crankcase.
- Push the knob on the crankshaft.

Operation
Use the knob to turn the crankshaft.
