Description
Update 1.2 *.STL and both print profiles replaced. Minor fault found from the model that had some effect to print quality.
Update 1.1 PLA print profile deleted for now. There's some minor problems occuring that I need to solve before publihing it again.
My new innovation of bed scraper with concave blade that can be resharpened many times.
Ergonomic design and a chamfered hole for placing your thumb or forefinger for good grip and adding a lot of pressure to the blade.
Concave blade design really gives the extra boost for sharp and rigid blade.
To resharpen the blade - Lay 240 grit sandpaper on the table and with only push motion sand sharpen the blade to wanted angle. Print with 5 Walls to get solid blade for resharpening purposes
I'm almost sure that this will also take the place in my car at winter as an ice scraper.
PETG is the way to go. I tested also PLA and it also works very well. This is the scrape design to choose if you have only textured PEI plate as the blade is not touching the print plate.
