Fidget Hand Roller - w/ 8 Unique Textured Rollers

This Fidget Hand Roller is an easy print for all Bambu printers as it has tight tolerances. It's very satisfying too!

To imagine what you can expect from this hand roller, grab two markers and spin them around each other. See how nice that is? This model was made in aim to replicate this with the use of (4) 608 ball bearings.

These bearings may not roll smooth but do fit this model to make it 100% printable! Be sure to clean out any area for bearings to ensure great fitment, everything will be snug!

The files provided include three build plates in which you can mix and match depending on your color and texture roller preferences. There is many print files, one with the rollers closer together (compact version), another with these rollers about 5mm more apart (wide version), a tri-roller design for people with larger hands, and a triple “inline” roller version to roll between both hands or roll out some tense muscles across the body.

All print settings are provided in each print profile.

These rollers feature a hollow cavity which can be filled with beads for an interesting sound and added weight!

My prototypes were made with PLA, please enjoy and have fun rolling away!

Assembly

1.) Begin by inserting the screws inside the roller frame (compact or wide).

2.) Place two of your four 608 bearings over the screws.

3.) Begin slowly threading the two inner roller tubes on each screw. Be sure to not over-tighten!

4.) Press the other two bearings you have on hand into your desired rollers.

5.) Slide the desired rollers overtop the previous assembly and press them down onto the fixed bearings.

6.) Lastly, fasten the other roller frame to the inner rollers passing through the final two bearings with the remaining two screws. The key can be helpful here (you may find the othe side rotating so print two keys if this is the case).

7.) Enjoy your new toy!
