For Best result use some bright/shiny Silk PLA. PETG finishing is also quity shiny and good looking and it gives the wanted weatherproof for outdoor use.
Tried many different prints to find optimal spinner size and settings. Printing profiles I made makes your printer dance! Easy and fun print.
Theres a small hole for thread. If used outdoors, try very thin fishing line.
Bend the middle rings by hand. The angle of the inner ring and outer ring should be around 85 deg for best glimmer effect. Spread the rest of the ring angles evenly
