Description

Lost the original insert from the bandsaw so had to create one from scratch based on web photos.

Plate 1 is the replacement for the Jet JWBS14SFX-150 Table Insert for Jet Bandsaw JWBS-14SFX, Jet Stock Number 714400K

Plates 2 - 4 have the 1/8" clearance for 0, 22.5, and 45 degrees and Plate 5 has all 4 plates placed to print at one time.

The depth on this one is set to 3.2mm, which makes it fit right to the top of the table on our bandsaw. Have seen others at 2.4mm and that leaves too much room for the wood to stick on.

 

There are 2 profiles, one for ABS and the other for PETG. Would not recommend PLA because bandsaws are usually in hot locations and PLA will warp.

I printed this for my jet 14" bandsaw and it did not fit. I tried several other prints and could not find one that fit.
