I absolutely loved every second of making this model. From design to print and assembly. The Archimedes Trammel or do-nothing machine was traditionally used to draw ellipses, however I remember this as wood toy I played with at the pediatricians office so many many years ago. Everything slides super smooth and there is no need for lubrication. All the parts are press fit. Once fit the caps rotate freely. The Base Handle is a little difficult to push on but it will go (I wanted this hold really well without glue).

Example in phots in Generic PLA various colors.

Have a great day and happy printing!!!
