I've extensively modified the drawing to adapt the design to the suppressor recovered below. (it's an airsoft)

You'll need a small spring, I cut mine to fit.
A rigid metal rod, mine comes from a 0.6mm nozzle needle.

Screws can be longer to add nuts, but they bite hard enough into the plastic to do without.
