Super LARGE 3D peg art board

49x49 pegs, 250x250mm board

Read this before printing:

This is not a easy model to print.
This model takes a long time to slice!
Your bed needs to be clean, so the pegs can bond to the bed.
Print time is over 24h… Make sure to do a good pre-print preparation.

Due to high slicing time, makerworld do not allow print profiles to be added, other then draft mode.

For higher quality print, download the STL file and print it, but the print profile works as well.

How to print the STL file:

0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm layer height
0% infill
No support
Arachne wall generator is preferred.

It was challenging to print from the bed. Even after completing some of the sticks, some were still stock or broken. I hope this designer considers creating separate parts for printing sticks. This would enhance the printing process and result in a smoother and more satisfactory quality.

I think you can but you need to make sure the calibration lines are not printed. or scale it down a tiny bit

I am not planning that. You could try to split the model in Bambu Studio, but I can not promise it works

Over 26h… so its a long print

Can you create a version a little bit smaller because on X1C with AMS there's a protection zone for the cutter action that do not allow to fully print 250x250 objects :/

no problem. printed on x2s used slower speed for first few layers. it would be nice if pins were a bit taller
