Description

因为拥有了第二台ams,换四通道的Hub缓冲器的代价过于昂贵,所以使用了A1 mini 的五通组件。当然,价格只需要十分一就可以了。切除五通组件上多余的卡扣,便可直接插入缓冲器的PTFE的接口。因为这属于硬连接,担心进料时PTFE管的晃动会损坏缓冲器,所以设计了一个固定配件。固定器打印完后只需要将当前缓冲器的左边的M3螺丝拆除,将固定器卡上,最后用M3*30的螺丝固定即可。使用了两天,暂时没有任何问题,换色时进料退料都很顺畅。

Of course, the price is only one tenth of the price. Cut off the excess buckle on the bottom bracket assembly and insert it directly into the PTFE interface of the buffer. Because this is a hard connection, we were worried that the shaking of the PTFE tube during feeding would damage the buffer, so we designed a fixed accessory. After the holder is printed, you only need to remove the M3 screw on the left side of the current buffer, snap the holder on, and finally fix it with M3*30 screws. After using it for two days, there are no problems for the time being, and the feeding and ejection of materials are smooth when changing colors.
