Description
Li-ion cell holder
Includes all sizes from 1x1 to 16x16.
Designed for 18650 and 21700 cells with some additional margin that should include enough space for the pvc wrap that cells have.
Real sizes are:
- 18650 - internal circle diameter: 18.8mm
- 21700 - internal circle diameter: 21.6mm
Distance between adjacent cell centers are:
- 18650 - 20.3mm
- 21700 - 23mm
Shells are designed for use in high current applications (drone batteries or RC models) for use with 0.3mm copper strips

Print recommendations:
Print 1x3 part with 99%, 100% and 101% sizes to check best fitment, slot-in batteries in all slots to check center/edge slot tolerances.
Plastic you are using will have impact on how tight or loose batteries will fit into the shells, So best to print test samples for each new colour and plastic combination.
