that is perfect, what settings and printer are you using ? I'm having trouble with getting my ender 3 dialed in, i already printed this at 100% but have issues with layer lines.

Would this fit a 23” head?

you can scale it to fit your head, you need a measurement tool in what ever program you use, I had to scale mine up to 105% to match my 23.5" head. I would also recommend that you get the exact measurements of your head, widest part at your ears and longest/deepest front to back from the tip of your nose the the furthest part of the back of your head.

you can scale these to your own head, just watch some youtube videos, it takes some measurements but its pretty easy
