Description

printed in pa6cf at a .16 layer gives best results

can be printed with no support but for a cleaner inside surface use minimal supports

print the foam template jig and trace a 2-3mm thick piece of pva foam and cut to put inside the lid

uses 2 pieces of shock cord tied through a retention/knot hole at the top

should fit most if not all counterweight pouches

amazing. with aaa to aa adapter the counterweight holds 18650(1x) cr123a (2x) aa(2x) and aaa(2x). printed in petg on a1 mini

This is a great design! Prints like a charm, works great in PETG-CF. QQ: is there a chance for a redesign with AAA instead of AA, or 2+2+2 version? It'd be awesome to carry spares for the Peltors. TIA!

i can probably make an insert that steps the diameter down for a AAA, making a whole new version would take forever. fusion crashed each time I made a new fillet on the lightening cuts

I use 18650s cr123s and aaas so I made some shims to keep everything from rattling, but this thing is sweet. I used pla, and used a ranger band to keep it closed securely. 10/10
