Nikon Coolscan Manual Film Adapter

I recently bought a Coolscan 4000ED and did not have the MA-21 and FH-3 adapter in the kit, only the automatic SA-21. Based on it, I modeled this adapter, which allows you to scan problematic films, such as: single frames, films without perforation, jammed frames that cannot be scanned with the SA-21 adapter
 

Tested on Coolscan 4000ED and VueScan, works great. Also, I believe it should work the same way on LS-40/50/5000.
