Description

This nifty tool was designed from the specs at USA Consumer Product Safety Commission! It's perfect for figuring out if a small part you print poses a choking risk to kiddos 3 and under. Just pop the item into the tube - if it fits all the way in without sticking out, it's a no-go.

The pics show Zou3D's Bat which shows safe, Zou3D's frog which shows questionable, and a third unicorn design piece that's a definite hazard. So, if you're creating items for little ones(or that may attract little ones), make sure to give this a whirl to keep your designs the right size to be safe and sound.

Folks who work with children may also find this print handy to have on them or at their facility.

I recommend using Bambu Studio to print this rather than from the Handy app due to settings. But it may work from the app?

This should print without any supports or brim, but if you have troubles with things sticking to your plate, just turn on Brim Type to Outer Brim Only, I've set the rest of the brim settings for you.

I included a plate with embedded text, one with uprooted text and one with no text other than the label, you can add your own text above this label in the slicer.
