Cat Wheelchair

Description: This project is designed to help cats with mobility issues in their hind legs move more easily. Three versions of the model are available:

1. Version 1: A smaller wheelchair, printable in a single piece.
2. Version 2: A longer version, made of two separate pieces for increased support and stability.
3. Version 3: Also in two pieces, but with four wheels for optimal support.

Additional components required:

• 5 mm screws with double nuts to prevent the wheels from locking.
• A sewn fabric part that supports the cat’s body is made with Velcro for adjustability. The holes on the sides of the chair allow the Velcro to pass through and attach to the 3D-printed parts. I can provide a simple sample pattern for cutting the fabric if needed.
• Spacers can be replaced with simple metal bushings to reduce friction.

I created this wheelchair for a disabled kitten I cared for. I am sharing this project in the hope of helping other animals in need and their owners, given the scarcity of accessible solutions on the market.
