• New print profile with 3 plates. R1-R30 still fit on one plate.
• Note: V1 R1-R30 is more compact than V2 R1-R30 b/c V2 tools have to scale up in size faster so that the radii and text fit on the larger tools. 

Radius Gauge R1 - R60 with inner and outer on one tool!

Improved radius gauges! I couldn't find gauges with the features I wanted, so I modeled these:

✅ Matching Inner and outer radii on the same tool.

✅ Prints fast (1 hour) and fits on a single print plate.

✅ 80 degree arcs instead of 90 to fit more radii that aren't always right angles.

✅ No complex assembly

Recommendations

• I had a keychain cable lying around, so I used it to hold them together.
• Any relatively sturdy string/ribbon would work.
• It's nice to be able to pull a gauge off the keychain if I need to get into a tighter space.
