X-Acto Ranger 55 Mount

Table/countertop mount for the X-Acto Ranger 55 pencil sharpener. Use with 3 mm foam (or modify for your preferred foam thickness) cut to size. Current model works with 22 mm tops but can be adjusted for any thickness. Aim for ~1 mm compression of foam on both sides (2 mm total).

Designed for use with #8x.875” long screws and nylon-insert locknuts. M4x20 mm screws would work as well with appropriate nuts. Or use thread forming screws directly into the plastic.
