SnapLock Cigar Humidor w/Tools Holder
Print Profile(1)

Description
Hello everyone! I made this cigar humidor as a gift for my father and thought I would share it here for others to use. The box utilizes latches derived from Hugo's Snaplock Storage Boxes (Go check his stuff out! All other aspects of the design are my own :)). In addition to the latches, it has a print in place hinge design, a removable insert tray with adjustable sliders, TPU gaskets, a hygrometer inlay, as well as holder tabs for storing a cigar cutter and draw enhancer.
Box measurements are 228mm x 80mm x 120mm. The two cigar storage areas measure: 178mm x 97mm x 42mm for the upper compartment, and 178mm x 97mm x 21mm for the lower compartment. Cigar tray dividers can be adjusted in 1/4 inch increments to accommodate different lengths of cigars.
Here are the Amazon links for the cigar tools and hygrometer sensors I used:
Filaments Used:
Bambulab PLA
GiantArm TPU
I've included the model for anyone who might want to tinker with it in fusion 360. If you are messing with the Parametrics you may run into issues with cigar tool inserts. I tried to design everything with parametric values but there are a few constraints that limit the size of the box.
The upper space above the Hygrometer was used to inlay a monogram (but has been removed from the model now). If you would like to add a monogram to yours, you will need to open the parametric file, select the top face of the box, and insert an .SVG file with your monogram. Then use a series of extrusions to create an object and inlay your design to the box.
