Description

Boost Me (for free)

Support my work, I do my best.

I created this slide to improve on the ones I've seen on this platform. (NUOVA REVISIONE 04/SEPTEMBER/2024)

There are two types of models:

  • for printer positioned on standard feet
  • for printer positioned on anti-vibration feet.

The chute must be printed flat and large quantities of supports are not needed, this way you will have a much smoother wall where the excrement can flow.

This will allow you to print it at higher definitions without affecting performance.

Furthermore, I created a closure that will allow you to maintain a constant temperature inside the chamber.

The basket is removable and easily installed.

Designed with Fusion 360

V1

(NUOVA REVISIONE 02/SEPTEMBER/2024)

V2 Changed the aesthetics of the detail in the photo.

Added small, medium and large container

Other Issues:the model is essentially well made and reading all the other comments, I think I'm the only one having problems.. with the X1 it happens too often that the skein is unable to slide down the slope. it gets stuck at the starting point, congesting the duct.in a 5-hour multi-color print I had to manually clear the duct about ten times.

It looks nice but the ramp entrance is designed too narrowly, causing it to get stuck multiple times The large tray bin is also too small I am considering detaching and discarding it

You are not alone. I removed this print and discarded it

very clean & elegant HOWEVER (my bad…) I failed to realize it works ONLY with AMS because it blocks my filament spool … such a clever “upsell” 🤣

I'm not sure that it's your bad - I've come across the same problem. I've then looked through the descriptions and can't find mention of the fact that it is AMS compatible only anywhere. I'm a bit annoyed after a full day's printing.

Maybe you can print a side spool holder, I initially printed this one and worked fine: https://makerworld.com/en/models/236809-side-spool-holder-for-p1s-x1c#profileId-277146 Later I bought a Creality Space Pi Plus, and now I use it as a spool holder when I don't need to dry filament.

It seems that they have changed something. It doesn't fit. It works but I can't get it flush.

No I don't. I have double checked and it's the correct model. 240 height vs 230 in the original. I have added some legs below and it's ok now. I also thought that I had messed the print up and printed the wrong print so I've measured and checked both parts and it's the correct one. I can attach a photo if needed.

Have you seen the updated version, how beautiful it is

A truly splendid model, thank you so much! I sectioned the model in the slicer and incorporated a dovetail joint. This allows for occasional opening of the shaft and, importantly, enables reattachment of the spool to the spool holder when printing without the AMS

It would be nice to have an option for a longer connected one, it makes it easer to remove and connect when we dont have much space

Worked well for my application, I think some of the support was un-neccesary, but it came off clean enough. Would 100% print this again. (I am not using the spool holder at the back of the machine FYI)
