Description

Searching for a skimmer mount myself i discovered that there are different frame forms and sizes used depending on the pool size/model.
Most existing models adapted to the original wonky clamp somehow and came loose when kids where playing in the pool due to the oval shaped frame pipes.

Compatability:
Due to popular demand there are now multiple variants for common oval frame sizes like:
~46x31mm: Bestway Steel Pro Max 305cm and 366cm variants(according to the spare part #P61780ASS18 all 305 and 366cm versions use this frame size since ~2018) and similar; Confirmed by me and @Gee_518618433

~56x36mm: Bestway Steel Pro Max 427cm and 457cm variants
~61x41mm: haven't found out which pools use that size yet

~71x51mm: 22" Coleman pool

I've tested this model with an Intex Delux and Bestway Flowclear Skimmer sold in Germany. The dimensions of the mounting arms top section should be ~36x17.5mm to fit properly!

Materials needed:
Due to the exposure to sunlight i'd strongly recommend at least PETG for the printed parts.

For the “assembly” you'll need four M6x30mm bolts(best would be cylindrical head for allen key; "Zylinderkopfschraube" in German) and M6 nuts(both in stainless steel recommended).
Longer screws will damage the print!

Boost Me (for free)

I hope this is useful to you, if so, consider giving me a slight boost if you have one left :)

Changelog of print profiles:
v3:
- 5-6mm wall thickness of the interface slot and increased width of base model

- “arm” position and length updated to reach further down towards waterline and increase clearance to liner

- added 71x51mm version

v2:

- added 56x36mm and 61x41mm versions

v1:
- only supported 46x31mm frames

- fixed the size of the slot for the nut and that the oval cutout for the bolt head didn't print that well in the v0 drafts

Images of the model are from my fist printed iteration.
