Could you possibly make one that will fit 608 bearings? They are slightly smaller than 698 bearings and I have many of these :)

608 bearings are 8x22x7mm right?

I believe that is correct. Sorry, I got it around the wrong way; 698 are 7x19x6, so they are the smaller ones :)

I just updated the print profile, but I don't have any 608 bearings so I cannot test the design, please return to me after you've printed it so I know if I need to change any measurements or revert to the old profile or something

Screws loosen over time, requiring threadlocker; overall, a rather underdeveloped concept

I think the 608 profile needs an adjustment. The side arms do not press fit into the inside race of the bearings, and there isn't another way to attach them. I believe the issue is the 698 bearing has in ID of 7mm, but the 608 is 8mm.

FYI, the bearings press into the gears perfectly. They printed just right where I have to use some force to seat them, but not so much it was actually difficult to assemble. It's the side arms fitment into the inside race that needs attention.

I have printed all the parts for 608 bearings. But I don't understand one thing: The inner diameter of the bearing is 8mm. But the pins of the side brackets are 7.8mm thick. How are they supposed to fit tightly in the bearings...? I have to adjust it manually in Bambu Studio. And the bearings fall out of the gears. But maybe this is due to the marble PLA. I think the idea is great, just not fully developed :-/

looks good but I feel like it could just be designed to be printed linked, to anyone who plans to print: MAKE SURE YOU PRINT THE CORRECT SIZE
