Since I didn&#39;t have TPU on hand, I redesigned the model so that the wheels and rims were assembled and printed as one piece using PLA.&nbsp;I also assembled both banana halves to print as one piece to minimize assembly.&nbsp;All pieces were printed using Generic PLA, and the car functions as designed with working wheels.  All plates print in just a little over 6 hours.&nbsp;Super fun for the kids :)   Thanks @Sakul for the design !!

Ride-on size from scaling up 440%, nearly 3&#39; long. Kept as true to the original model as possible.<ul><li>Strategically chopped banana halves without compromising axle holes (assembles with printed 10mm dowels)</li><li>Reduced TPU requirement by Z scaling tire up “only” 220% and using spacers to match original look</li><li>Redesigned axle interface to allow wheels to independently rotate</li><li>Optimized settings for speed and strength at this size (tires could use more infill if it needs to support &gt; 40 lbs)</li><li>All fasteners are printed, but you&#39;ll need 2-3 bottles of superglue for assembly (gel versions like Gorilla Glue are ideal)</li></ul>Body assembly:<ul><li>Recommend printing banana in order, gluing after all of A plates is complete before moving on to B</li><li>Use a thin bead of super glue around inside of dowel hole, insert dowel and twist ¼ turn </li><li>Apply thin bead on other side&#39;s insert holes and across the mating face, push pieces together</li><li>Clamps should only be used if against flat surface to not curve the banana split slices</li><li>Once both banana halves are complete, apply glue to retention pin holes and across both half faces. Rubber mallet may be needed to get the pins fully seated</li><li>Use hot glue on the stem pieces for a more secure attachment of the mating surfaces</li></ul>Wheels installation:<ul><li>Work tire onto rim from inside of rim (curved surface makes it easier to slide on)</li><li>With large axle shaft apply glue inside its inner hole, then insert inner shaft. Do not glue to other axle half yet.</li><li>Take the wheel assembly and insert the axle assembly into it. Place spacing collar on inside of wheel hub. Insert into banana.</li><li>From other side of banana, repeat the process with the other half. Apply glue when ready inside the axle (don&#39;t forget the spacer) and seat the two axle halves together inside the banana. Leave some play (1-5mm) so that the wheels aren&#39;t binding</li></ul>
