Description

Here is a Completely 3D Printable Stapler

-After countless hours of 3D modeling, absolutely grinding the crap out of SOLIDWORKS, and 50+ test prints… I finally have a functional stapler.

-This stapler is completely manual. After every use, you will have to slide the staples up one at a time. But more than that, you'll also have to press the bendy side pieces to actually “staple” something.

-Other than those few points, I believe this is the first model (that I could find) of a functional stapler!

-Whether you're missing a stapler or need something you don't care about losing, then this stapler is for you!

-Use the print profile if you want :P

Assembly:

What you need:

-All printed parts

Optional:

-Channel Lock Pliers

-Strong Fingers

Attach the Puncher to the other puncher with the small peg.

Slide your ammunition (staples), into the staple stack.

The slider part can be used for assistance.

Align the holes on the bottom with the holes on the staple chamber.

Slide the long peg into one side, while keeping it from exiting the first portion.

Align your puncher with the other holes and give it a good squeeze until the peg is flush with the surface of the stapler.
Try it out!

Happy Printing!
