Description
I’m excited to share a custom-designed piece for the Victorinox TOOLX Plus! While the original bit holder only supports 10 standard bits, I’ve developed a new version that can hold up to 28 bits. This offers a significant expansion, giving you more flexibility and options when working with your tools.

3D Printing Details:
- File Provided: The 3MF file includes all necessary settings, but for optimal results:
- Use a 0.16mm layer height for the main body.
- Use a 0.1mm layer height for the Victorinox logos.
- You’ll find versions with and without the logo, so feel free to choose the one you prefer.
Bit Fit Calibration:
Inside the 3MF file, there’s also a sample solid provided to help calibrate the bit fit. It’s important to test this as the ideal fit can be a matter of personal preference and varies depending on the filament and printer used. For the best results, make sure to use the X-Y Contour Compensation feature during calibration.

UPDATES:
I have been using this tool a lot lately, and it has suffered wear due to being made of PLA. So, I developed a version to be printed in TPU or TPE. I would say it should have a hardness close to 90 Shore.
I highly recommend the TPU version! But test whichever you prefer.
The material I photographed is a type of TPE from NOTCTO.
