I'm excited to introduce Bart Simpson as the latest addition to the Playco3D family! This is my first Simpson character, and I’d love to hear your feedback. If you like him, I might add more characters and also add some to my premium Patreon collection.

Dimensions:

• Bart stands approximately 6 inches (152mm) tall at 100% scale. Scaling up should be fine, but if you plan to scale down, consider using the alternate profile with smaller pins on the shoes as the tolerances can get tight.

Colors Used:

• Elegoo: Matte White, Matte Yellow, Red, Black
• Elegoo Pla Pro: Light Blue

Printing Tips:

• Apply a glue stick to the print bed for better adhesion.
• Supports are necessary for the head, right arm, and red shirt.
• Use rafts for the head, arms, legs, eye pins, and black eye pieces.

Assembly Tips:

1. The pin for the pants and body is triangular, with the long end pointing forward.
2. Small arrows on the top of the legs point forward.
3. Ensure you clean out any support residue from the shirt, especially in the arm holes and neck area.
4. Shoes and soles are labeled L and R.

Assembly Steps:

1. Attach the white soles and white spots (following the orientation of them) to the blue shoes.
2. Attach the yellow legs, following the arrow pointing forward to the blue shorts. You don’t really need glue as they fit snug, but glue them if handling a lot.
3. Attach the legs to the socks, then press in the shoe pin through the socks and legs.
4. Attach the pants and shirt using the triangle pin, long end pointing forward.
5. Glue on the arms.
6. Glue the eyes using the eye pins into the head and press in the black eye dots.
7. Glue the head pin (solid end) into the body then press in the head onto the clip.
