Doesn't look too bad to be fair! If you change the base colour to the red it would have been cool with a light behind it.

Is there any advice you can offer? We keep running into the same issue of the hole at the bottom. We've tried changing a few settings, making sure the print bed is clean but this has happened 3 times now and we're unsure of what to do next without potentially wasting more filament on a another failed attempt. Have any other people ran into this issue?

Have you moved the print further up the bed away from the area causing this? seems quite extreme, maybe remove arachne setting also and see if that makes any difference, shame too as rest of the print looks good. Do you possibly have anything under the plate?... let me know :)

Hey Steve, I appreciate the advice and I will move them on the bed tomorrow too see if that helps! it's a lovely print overall and it just seems to have some flaws around the lettering overall but nothing major so I will take your advice and update you in the coming days! definitely nothing under the plate, I accidentally had a successful print at one point with a relatively small tower on the bed 🤦‍♂️ I'm still learning and I appreciate the advice! have a great weekend and we will update you when we can
