Description

 

I made a quick Festool suction hose d36 wall mount. It´s easy to install and remove the hose.

At the start of the hose, its a little lose, but the hose gets bigger. So it fits perfecly on the bigger sections. 

 

I printet it with PETG and 20% infill. I used 30mm wood screws for mounting.

Thank you, I was going to have to design these and then found your model. Printed nicely in PETG-CF. I thought at first they needed downsized a tad as they seem to be slightly larger than the hose end and I thought it would slip through but it seems that they will hold the hose end because it has to be "just right" to slide through and since it isn't perfectly inline without being assisted, it holds the end from slipping down. (Hope that makes sense). That way you can slide the hose end up in instead of forcing it into the clip which would eventually wear the hose. Jury is still out but I don't think it needs re-sized so far. Looks to be a good design and if you want to clip the hose into it, it goes without too much effort. Thanks ! Boosted.
