Description

Tried to download 2 other tool hangers and got tired of the limitations in the models.
They were to narrow or to shallow for my stuff, so i designed my own that is strong and flexible.
Uncertain of the what specifications of the coupling, i found out that it might be something like Parker Tema 1600 compliant plug.

The neck is 10mm and the thick part is 12mm.

I made the holder sturdy and with a smal clamping function so it requires some force to remove the tool and some length to hold both bulky and narrow tools.

Print in PETG and it will hold for chemicals and oils.
Tools are hanging upside down and dust protected by the "roof" .

Print with the open end down for maximal strength.

Made with Autodesk Fusion 360, so download the archive file and make your adjustments if the design is wrong for you.

3D printing settings

FDM 3d printing.
Print oriented with the open end down for overlapping layers.
No support necessary.

PETG for chemical stability.

printed perfectly and holds all of my air tools. even the heavy ones. they are deep enough where it can hold multiple tools if they are smaller, like air chucks.
