UPDATE - 2/5/2025 - This model now contains battery holders for 1,2,3,4, & 8 cells!!!
I made these battery holders because I couldn't find a 14430 battery holder on Maker World. Since the AA battery is just a different length, I've included a holder for that size of battery as well.
These have been tested with TRENDBOX 14430 3.2V 450mAh Battery LiFePo4 Rechargeable Batteries, and a normal AA Duracell battery and they work perfect.
Instructions: Cut about 1" of insulation off a 22 awg solid wire, then wrap it from the outside of the holder into the inside. Use a pair of needle nose plyers to grab the wire and put it through the 2nd hole. From the outside, pull the wire, as to take up all the slack. Wrap the remaining wire around the outside wire, as seen in the photos. Pull the wire along the side of the holder to see how long you want the wire, then cut. Take that first wire and put it through one of the holes on the bottom so that it meets up with the other side. Repeat the first part of the previous step to connect your 2nd wire to the holder.
Hope you enjoy!
