Due to the cutout in the upper rail you will be able to use the iron sights. For fixing the rail to the upper you need two countersunk head screws M3x6. One of these (or 4mm length) is also needed to fix the outer to the original one.

 

Note: only the front set is included - all other parts are either available on my Cults3d account or will be uploaded separately.

Excellent model. I ended up making the barrel shorter to accommodate a tracer and printing the rail vertically to match the print orientation of the main barrel.

Hi, i remixed a little the v2 file with the pourpouse to insert the optical fiber on the front and now the aap01 look amazing. very good job for the project!

Really nice print. Tight fitting on the barrel and might be a struggle to get off, but at least I know it’s not going anywhere. Picatinny extension is a nice touch and allows for a range of accessories to be attached. Think my sight might be a bit big for it 😂 Thanks for sharing.

Hey! This outer barrel was made for standard AAP-01 and will NOT fit the AAP-01C ✌️

adjusted cut and modded to actually allow printed supressor, and i included rails and holes to screw in in bottom around barrel.i also had ro cut and mod ut and splice two parts align it and shave off lots of extra bits and added new holes here and there and I think it's as good as it could be without downgrading the barrel to a printed one. this all slides on and screws into bottom with only 1 bolt but I added room foe a second and will upload this profile later
