Description

Version 2 of my accessory mounting point for 6th generation Ford Broncos. This replaces the passenger side grab handle and is threaded with ¼ -20 threads to accept common mounting hardware.

This differs from V1 in that:

I added some thickness to the outside face of the model to help with some of the printing issues I had with V1
I added a radius to the inside of the “window” where the mounting screws go to give more room between the corners of the model.

Wow, that looks fantastic. Would you mind uploading a variant with 8.5mm, non-threaded holes? I'd like to press in heat-set inserts. I'm also curious as to what filament you used? looks great. I'll probably go for ASA, but may try a PAHT-CF...
