Description

Milwaukee PackOut divider for Tool Box 48-22-8424

 

There is a template for the dividers from Milwaukee using a piece of ¼" board/plywood but you have a 3D printer so why would you?

 

Simple design using finger joints. LIGHT DUTY applications only or at your own risk.

Tolerances are TIGHT. You can friction fit them but I used “Super Glue” to bond the 2 halves.

 

Future iterations may include holes to add steel rod to increase strength.

 

Wall Loops: 4

Top Layer: 5

Top Shell Thickness: 1mm

Bottom Layer: 5

Bottom Layer Thickness: 1mm

Infill: 20%

Infill Pattern: Triangles

These worked out great, and plenty strong for what i needed, plus super easy to size down to the height i needed, Thanks

Assuming the width and thickness are the same, scaling the height shouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately I don’t have one of those boxes to measure from.
