Designed exclusively for the 2024 iPad Pro 11 inch (M4 chip), perfectly fitting a 256mm print bed.

I call it the Slim case, as it offers ample protection while remaining remarkably thin and promoting efficient heat dissipation. It also boasts compatibility with the Apple Pencil Pro, even when encased in its own protective sleeve.

Printing Notes:

The material I used is Bambu PETG HF

Supports can be omitted, but the power and volume buttons might require post-processing. Tree supports are recommended, or utilize my provided print profile.

This model was entirely designed by me; if it proves helpful, your support would be greatly appreciated.

----------------------------------------------

⬇️Four Options: (The non-ventilated versions offer a superior hand feel; however, for tropical climates or summer use, the ventilated versions are preferable)

1. Semi-Enclosed: To avoid interfering with certain USB-C accessory connections

2. Fully Enclosed: Ports are generously sized to accommodate most USB-C accessories

3. Semi-Enclosed with Ventilation

4. Fully Enclosed with Ventilation

⬇️Semi-Enclosed, Non-Ventilated

---------------------------

2025.7.18 Update

⬇️Modified the power and volume button openings for enhanced tactile feedback and ease of use.

⬇️USB-C port chamfers adjusted for maximum clearance.

⬇️The semi-enclosed version has also had some port obstruction reduced.

its very good but There are gaps in the corner where the buttons are and the corner diagonally opposite it. This may be due to the printer, but if it is due to the model, I would like to print again after the problem is resolved.

I also noticed that I tried adjusting the model's fillet data, but the changes affected other data, and the print effect was not ideal after trying I might need to try harder, haha

Hey, I know Apple uses G3 for its fillets, but the software Shapr3D can only do G1 or G2 I'm not sure if other software can change this

Printed great. Beware that this uses the WHOLE bed width.Make sure your plate is well centered. Milne wasn’t and some off my supports printed off the edge, but my printer still managed to pull off a flawless print. Good fit. I was looking for something more comfortable to hold than the bare iPad. Not sure that this will be the final one for me, but good design, good profile and definitely a good print.

Thank you for the 5-star review and the sleek photo! You make an excellent point about the full bed width—it really pushes the limits of standard build plates. I wanted to let you (and other makers) know that you don't need to worry too much about the edges, as this model is designed to print great even without supports! I’m glad your printer handled it flawlessly and that the case feels comfortable in hand. Happy printing!

I just printed mine on TPU but it did not work. It fits but won't stick to the iPad unfortunately. It came out great though, looks beautiful. I'll have to figure out what to change to make it work. Maybe add a hard outer shell or a small lip at the top.

Thank you for your comment, PETG material was considered from the beginning of the design

It’s incredible! Using normal PETG, I printed the enclosed ventilated case for my new M5 iPad Pro 11-inch. When I woke up, I found this beautifully finished print. Honestly, this case is just as good as one I could buy. The alignments and tolerances are excellent, and the fit is perfect. A+

Really impressing design! Thank You! I was curious and printed the ventilated full-enclosed version using TPU for AMS, but unfortunately the printed case is loose enough to not stay on the iPad.

I'm very sorry that I don't have TPU material in my hand, so the size shrinkage of the design is based on PETG.
