base printed on first layer. cone did not and printed in air, causing me to cancel print.

this is not true. you can check it on the slicer. it is a calibration issue or you made some edits. I’ve personally print this print profile 10 times ☝🏻

Tried several times unfortunately the dome would not stick to the bed.

failed half way through

Not a very good model/print profile in my opinion. Cone didn't adhere to my bed even after adding a brim and cleaning my plate. At this point I don't think it's my printer but rather the model/profile.
