I designed a blade disc with more blades. Instead of 3 use this disc 6 blades.
The blades i use are diffrent from the original one. I ordered this ones: https://amzn.to/4bqEbSJ
This use other screws and different holes in the blade that doesnt fit in the original one. That is one reason to draw a new blade disc. See picture below.
I uploaded two types of Blade Discs - One with blind holes for mount on the Lawn Mower (in the middle) and one without Blind holes. You need the blind holes for the original screws. Alternatively M4x16mm.
The disc is 10mm larger as the original one, with ~equal weight. This should not affect the battery life.
Part List:
- 6x Heat Inserts: https://amzn.to/3WOAUIl
- 6x Blade with shoulder screws: https://amzn.to/4bqEbSJ
- optional:
- 3x Inox Screws M4x16 (for Version without blind holes): https://amzn.to/3UVY39w
My print settings:
You have to use support. If you have a Multimaterial system its pretty to use a interface for clear and nice surface (tutorial: https://youtu.be/Matf1Mna2zI?si=pkD_cQV2oMm4wECH)
For my first prints i use PETG with a PLA interface. it works well. Better is filament with GF or CF.
- Layer high: 0,24mm
- Walls: 4
- Top Layer: 4
- Bottom Layer: 4
- Infill: 33%
