Description

An engaging and mesmerizing fidget toy that can be used discretely, allowing you to flip and fold it around infinitely - using either one or two hands. This model is completely print-in-place, and no supports or brim are required.

Small version

the large original uploaded model is great and 5 stars BUT DO NOT PRINT 7 GRAM SMALL version it WILL break! it just cannot handle scaling down because look at the peg. it cannot. it's lazy to scale rhis down withiut diving the hinges etc but the ORIGINAL model is great so I cannot blame or low star the uploader for a mistake by another person's profile of this upload. anyone can make a profile for an upload so it's important to distinguish the two. makerworld should show ratings by user and not by uploader

needs to have like 8 walls, 99% gyroid infill, and maybe needs to change the connectors to have a hole to slide in a piece of filament

I just printed the full size one at 50% and it works just fine with Gyroid 20%, 5 walls using Bambulab PLA Tough+. Did take a bit of convincing to get going at first.

You might have to "encourage" it into shape. Mine was a little bit stiff to start with, but once the joints had been moved through their full range of motion once, it was fully articulated after that. It only takes a little binding on one joint to stop the whole thing moving.

I like this better than infinity cubes. Very satisfying to constantly move inside again and again. You can also make a cool cube shape.
