Description
Designed these cute candy corn / onigiri lights for Halloween and printed them with Basic PLA. Just print the base and slip over one of the faces. Play around with different color combos. It uses standard 40mm electric tealights. Get them directly from Bambu Lab Maker's Supply. Btw. their RGBW Puck Lights are 62mm in diameter and fits the 175% and bigger versions. Check the BOM (bill of materials) - scroll all the way down.
The candy corn / onigiri lights are available in 3 different sizes - check the according print profiles.
These are not just upscaled in Bambu Studio, I exported the model directly from CAD to make it bigger but also maintain the 2 & 3 walls to avoid huge printing times.
100% > 91mm x 64mm x height 100mm (3.6" x 2.5" x 3.9")
175% > 158mm x 112mm x height 176mm (6.2" x 4.4" x 6.9")
240% > 216mm x 152mm x height 241mm (8.5" x 5.9" x 9.5")

3d printing details:
Auto tree supports are activated and can be easily removed. Brim is activated too. Color changes at different heights are already set in the 3MF file. I used Bambu Lab Basic PLA, yellow, orange and white. For the onigiri style I just enabled fuzzy skin contour with point distance 0.6mm and thickness 0.3mm for the base model and it looks really great. I turned it off by default because it takes a little longer to print.
