MX5 MK2/NBFL OBD2 Gauge Vent X60 Autool

This mount allows you to have an OBD2 Gauge inside one of the vent of your MX5 MK2.5.

I recommend using the driver side vent which is right above the OBD2 panel to root the cable behind the dash. I still need to find a solution to modify the OBD2 panel, because of the relatively massive OBD2 plug.

The only issue right now is that you cannot use the button to control it since it's behind the dash but I am working on a v2 to get a solution.

How to assemble ?

1. Print both STLs
2. Take apart your autool x60 by separating the front screen without ripping apart the ribbon.
3. Screw the PCB at the back of the vent body.
4. Plug back the ribbon and use the second STL to secure the screen using the original bezel.
5. Remove the stock vent by using the 2 cards trick (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgMvQPXnpfk)
6. Root the USB cable by doing a loop going back inside the POD and then root it between the dash and the vent duck to reach the OBD port down your dash.
7. Put the new vent gauge in.
8. ???
9. Profit
