Marble Run 003 5-Ways Roller Coaster v2 Addon

Since the licence terms of the original Marble Run 003 https://makerworld.com/en/models/14265 have been changed, there are many new possibilities. One is the brand-new 5-Ways Roller Coaster Addon. It's my most complicated addon for the Marble Run 003 that I have built so far. Unfortunately it will be inevitable to use a lot of support filament. But the track is all the more beautiful.

UPDATE version v2:

A few people had problems with the gearbox because the pin inside it broke easily and the box had to be reprinted. In this version, this pin has been completely replaced by an opening for the 608ZZ ball bearing. There is no longer a ball bearing in the spindle. The ball bearing in the box is connected to the spindle via a new pin, which can be individually adapted in the slicer if it does not fit. 

UPDATE version v1B:

1. In version v1B the Roller Coaster Part 1 has been reworked to prevent the marble from getting stuck. The spacer mentioned under point 2 is not necessary for this version v1B.

2. In version v1B, I added a spacer (plate 13), but did not include it in the Assembly Guide parts list because it’s optional. This spacer helps to prevent the marble getting stuck in the previous Roller Coaster version v1.

   

Good to know:

1. If you are an opponent of support structures, do not download this addon, because you will need a lot of it.
2. You must work very carefully so that everything works smoothly, and you must fine-tune the gear wheels during assembly.
3. I’ve used PLA Matte on Bambu Lab Cool Plate with liquid glue and had neither adhesion nor warping nor other problems. I also mention this because depending on which filament you use the parts may not quite fit together. 
4. I’ve tested with 14mm marbles from the Marble Run 003 Components Kit. I don't know whether smaller marbles work. “Homemade” 14mm marbles will work if they are the same weight.
5. This addon does not need an additional motor, but it does need a 608ZZ ball bearing.
6. This addon fits all my previous addons and the Marble Run 003 standard model. However, pay attention to which parts you need to print (see assembly instruction document).
7. Some parts must be temporarily removed to assemble the add-on.
8. Do not print all parts at once, but in the order given in the assembly instruction document and assemble them step by step. It is important that the gear wheels of the vertical lift work smoothly. If they don't, you don't need to continue at all! 3 adapters with different inner diameters for the ball bearing are available. However, you may have to create your own adapter.
9. The parts do not have to be glued together, but you can of course use glue for better stability or for the drive axle if it does not fit properly.
10. I tried to make the assembly instructions as clear as possible. Please let me know if something is not clear.
11. I’ve spent a lot of time on building this addon, and I’m quite satisfied with the result. However, I can't say whether it will work for all of you, as you may be using different filaments or marbles. There is certainly room for improvement for a second version and I'm therefore looking forward to your suggestions and feedback. Thanks in advance.
12. My print profile is not suitable to be used with the A1 Mini. Doug(ThatGuy) has included a print profile for the A1 Mini. However, some parts need to be glued together, but I don't know whether the glued joints will hold. So don't hold me responsible if the construction falls apart.
