great print but they must have changed the clear baseplate because mine is much to large to fit into the grove. so if you have the Ryobi PCL424 it might not fit.

did you try scaling the axis that was too narrow? that’s my go-to when stuff like this happens

I didn't because I didn't realize it wouldn't fit when I printed it. I could go back and measure the baseplate and then scale it in that direction to fit. I just printed it as the file was, and that's when I found out it wouldn't fit.

printed great with PLA, but will not work with this router. The clear plate is just slight too wide (maybe 1/8””).

P601 router.works as described,only fits one way(look at the picture) so don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t work the the first time you try to insert the router

Made a slight alteration to one side to allow clearance for the vacuum port. but this is a thing of beauty. beautiful print.

Modified it to fit my pegboard with Ryobi Power Tool Pegboard Holder with two rails Remixed by TBKHomeworld https://makerworld.com/en/models/44969#profileId-61084 and it works great.
