Description
This is the version 2 which utilize all of your feedback together. While it is not recommended to print in 1 piece as the layer adhesion will reduce part strength and make it easy to break.
Two part are separated as the original version and printed in the strongest orientation as per FDM technology and then assembled together by 4x M3x10 Bolts and Nut.
Design fit with Saturn 4 Ultra (not yet test on Saturn 4 but they share the same design)
Purpose 1: Improve hand held safety with positive angle and thumb rest, suitable for left hand used.
Purpose 2: Add a tilt slot to hang the bed at angle, save the most resin out of the bed gap and bed surface before washing.
Print with PETG, thicker wall thickness is recommended (I used 1.6mm and 30% infill). No support is required.
4X M3x10 Bolts and Nuts is used to assemble two part together:
Assemble: Remove two tap screw in the middle and install the 3D printed handle with two M4x15 Screw (FLAT HEAD HEX SOCKET), both machine screw or plastic screw is applicable. Beside, screw length from 16mm to 20mm are applicable in this design.
