Description

Modified RDesigns' MINI version of the Rugged Storage Box to create this Tactical Zippo Lighter Case.

The hinges and wheels are held in place using 1.75mm filament.

For an airtight seal, TPU filament can be placed in the interior bottom groove.

superb if it's like mine i think it needs a tighter bite. increase OD of disks by 0.5-1mm. My print closes ok but only just and there's no click to know it's locked . i guess i clould re-make those parts in f359 this may be wha OP meant.

Very sturdy and very chunky, the grove for a TPU seal is a nice touch. I think it will work better with a "plain" zippo with a smooth surface finish; mine doesn't always slide smoothing when closing.

I used TPE for the seal and glues it in place just to make sure. and then i closed the lid and put the case into water for 15 minutes. After that I opened it and the tissue i put inside was still dry! great design!

This is a great print. love the use of tpu filament. I left a filled lighter in the case for over a month and it still had fluid. thanks for the upload. love it.
