Thank you so much to anyone who boosts my models. I hope to get more out there for people to enjoy!
The original inspiration from this was inherited from a squiggly line on a piece of paper however after finishing the design, my partner pointed out that it looked more like a persons signature. So, with a suggestion from Reddit, I combined the two. This stand is designed to work with pretty much any pair of headphones and games controller combo. The headphone dip sits at 220mm high and the controller dip is sat far enough forward not to interfere.
In addition to it's functionality, I wanted this stand to serve as an art piece when not in use. To improve on the aesthetics of the model, I have printed it with a slightly ‘fuzzy skin’ texture. (point distance = 0.3, skin thickness 0.06). The highlighted side pieces have also been press fit and sanded flush. Please note, the side pieces are designed to be an extremely tight so no super glue is necessary.
