BAK Revolver X4ts Tonneau Cover Extended End Caps

After purchasing a 2024 Ford Maverick XL, I wanted a tonneau cover and rack system that would fit my truck. I decided on the RealTruck TruXedo Elevate CS Rack System paired with the RealTruck BAK Revolver X4ts Hard Rolling Truck Bed Tonneau Cover.

After installing the cover, I noticed a small gap between the bed and tailgate, which seems to be a common issue.

To address this, I designed an end cap that fits onto the t-slot rail, replacing the original end caps. The original grub screws can be used to secure it in place.

Please note, this design is specifically tailored for use with both RealTruck parts. Also it doesn't make it waterproof.

• Resolution: 0.2mm or higher Layer Height (0.4mm Nozzle)
• Filament: ASA/ABS recommended (PETG/PLA will work, be heat will be an issue)
• Supports: Yes, Needed. Use support blockers for the threaded hole area, profile already modified!
