Description

I hereby present you my take on a Swissphone Quattro Belt Holder Case. There are some similar designs online for sale and some only as a finished print, so I decided to make my one. I made two Versions: one with smaller belt loops for synthetic or leather belts and one with bigger loops for utility belts, specifically the PAX Duty Belt.

Which filament to use?

As I use this holder in the line of work as an EMT, I need this thing to be somewhat rugged and temperature resitent, so I opted to use ABS.

I stronlgy advise you to not use PLA, because you will get problems in the summer heat.

Generally I recommend PETG, ABS or any other filament with higher strengh and better heat resistance.

How to print?

  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Wall loops: 5 (the more the better)
  • Infill: 100%
  • Supports: Yes! (Tree)

Print speed and Brim depends highly on your used filament and print bed type.
