Elgato Mount Cable Winder Clamp

I created this cable winder clamp specifically for the Elgato Mounting System. It's designed to match the look and function of the solid arms in the system. While it might work with other similar systems, I've only tested it with Elgato’s. The clamp fits rod diameters ranging from about 23.5mm to 18.5mm.

Assembly is straightforward:

• Attach the screw.
• Clip on the counter.
• Screw in the cable winder to your preferred location.

To protect the rods from scratching, I suggest adding some 1mm self-adhesive rubber foam, like these ones from Amazon. This will also improve the grip and help prevent the clamp from moving.
 

I chose to use screws to attach the cable winder to the clamp. This allowed me to optimize the print directions and opens up possibilities for future attachments. There are 6 screw holes for Bambu Labs BT3 Socket Head Cap Self Tapping Screws (3x8/10): 2 at the front aligned with the rod and 4 at the sides. These screws provide a stable attachment and can be removed if you want to use the clamp differently.

If you're not using my print profile, make sure to use enough outer walls to add stiffness to the clamp and reduce bending. I went with 6 walls—because why not.
