Summary

This is an 18in / 45cm 1:8 scale replica of the famous US made AIM-120 AMRAAM Air to Air Missile used by dozens of countrys' air forces. This model easily snaps together with no glue at all. Included is a plate with a stand if desired.

For assembly instructions and diagrams, please refer to the image attached to this design. Note that the only short peg goes into the nose cone. Also note that the shorter gray tubes go first, then the longer gray tubes. Be careful to see which tubes have fin slots on the side.

Bambu PLA filaments used were:

  • Matte Ash Gray
  • Basic Light Gray for nose (matte white is shown in image, but isn't as good)
  • Matte Yellow
  • Matte Dark Brown (can be replaced with red)

Boost Me (for free)

If you enjoy my work and would like to help support my ability to share more (and even better) models in the future, please consider boosting or buying me a coffee at the link below.   Your support is what helps me have enough filament and supplies to do all the print testing required for my models to be high quality and easy to assemble.  It takes a mountain of test prints for each model. Thanks :-)

Here's a link to my Buy Me a Coffee page, thanks for the support!
