Description

Warning: Before you begin this project, make sure you have good bed adhesion and tolerance. You don't want the filament clogging your printer. Glue is recommended, a brim is not. I take no responsibility in any possible damages done to your printer because of this print.

With this 3D printable filament roll you will be able to make your own color of filament!!! Pause the print half of the way up and switch out the filament to get a roll with two colors. When that roll is printed, the colors will mix together and make a unique color! Make sure to pick colors that will blend well together. The Short roll gets you about 10 grams and the Long roll gets you about 20 grams. The Benchy in the pictures was made with the Long 3D printed filament file. (Blue and Yellow) Have fun!

This model is super fun to play around with! A few times though, the ends split, or filament clogged. Super fun idea though! Thank you!

Thanks for the comment! Yeah, it's a bit finicky, for best results I would recommend use the same filament type (PETG, PLA, etc) and the same brand. (Elegoo, Creality, Bambu, etc)
