Master Chief Xbox Controller Stand 士官长手柄支架
Print Profile(1)

Description
Master Chief stand, which can be used to support things like handles, pens, cell phones, etc.
Initially, I wanted to attempt a one-piece print, as this would result in a more robust structure and better support capabilities. However, after numerous printing attempts, the arm position consistently failed. This was likely due to the matte material, which has poor interlayer adhesion, causing the arm support structure to break. Each print took 19 hours and consumed a significant amount of material, making it simply too expensive to continue experimenting.

I ultimately abandoned this approach and opted to divide the model into separate parts. This significantly reduced the need for supports and resulted in a superior printing outcome. For instance, there is no longer a requirement for extensive overhang support beneath the arm, and the helmet brim no longer needs support. This simplification makes the overall printing process easier and allows for simpler support removal.
Testing the tolerances between the model parts also consumed a considerable amount of material. If you appreciate this model, please consider supporting me.

Master Chief Stand, which can be used to support things like handles, pens, cell phones, etc.
At first, I wanted to try to print in one piece, so that the structure is stronger and the support capacity is better. But after trying to print many times, the arm position always fails, the arm support tree always breaks, it takes 19 hours to hit once, and it consumes a lot of materials, so I can't afford to toss.
Later,I abandon this method and divide the model into parts, so that there will be a lot less support, and the printing effect will look better. For example, there is no longer a need for a lot of draping support under the arm, and the brim of the helmet no longer needs to be supported, making it easier to print overall and the support to remove.
The tolerances between the test models also waste a lot of material, so please help if you like it.
