Description

Designed for USPSA Practical Pistol Shooting style Competitions. This Magazine Carrier is designed to securely fasten to your competition belt, give you 5 options of cant, from 20 degrees tipped forward, all the way back to 60 degrees back. The pictured print is set up for a right-handed shooter, but can be mirrored in the slicer for a left-handed shooter. Furthermore, there is a tensioner built into the carrier where you can tighten the retention on your magazine to your preference. A normal M4 works, but I prefer to print thumbscrew heads to use in this function, and I use these specifically: https://makerworld.com/en/models/170177?from=search#profileId-189005

I've personally been using PETG printed items on my USPSA belt for a bit and haven't had any issues at this time. These mag carriers have been prototyped several times and I feel pretty comfortable releasing them finally. I've included the STLs, the 3mf, and the Blend file. The carrier is currently set up for Smith and Wesson 9mm, which should potentially work for Sig P320 magazines as well. You can download Blender for free and adjust the carrier slightly to fit your magazine if desired, or check back here and see if I've added other major brands like Glock. Honestly though, Blender is really easy to work with.

EDIT:  Glock Doublestack Magazine has been added as it's own file.  If using the STL instead of the 3MF, be sure to split the STL into seperate objects.

If you have a specific double-stack magazine you'd like added to this, I need dimensions for the mag and I can post it here.

This can be printed without supports also.

For mine, I've spraypainted them and set up my rig. I've got some velcro on the back to really adhere to the inner belt while I'm competing and everything has worked really well. Hopefully you guys find these useful. Let me know!

Parts needed:

1 x 50mm M4 Socket Cap Screw, for the Belt Attachment Hinge

3 x 20mm M4 Socket Cap Screw, for the bottom of the Belt Attachment, and one for the Tension adjustment.

4 x 15mm M4 Socket Cap Screw, to secure the Tensioner in the Carrier, and secure the Carrier to the Belt Attachment.

8 x M4 Nylock nuts.

I've attached the assembly Documentation as well.

UPDATE 9/27/2025:  New version available!  I've added a Parametric Modular version now, available here:

https://makerworld.com/en/models/1833548-parametric-doublestack-pistol-magazine-carrier#profileId-1958170

This allows you to plug in the measurements specific to your doublestack magazine, be it a 2011, SIG P320 (For the brave), Caniks, whatever.  You can build it here.  It also has a quick-disconnect feature so that you can pop off the carrier specific to one gun and plug another carrier in.  I've also included a print profile for 556 magazines, for my 2 and 3 gunners out there.
